  • MacMulkin arranged courtesy delivery near me.

    Just heard from Vanessa at MacMulkin and they have arranged for courtesy delivery at a dealer 40 miles away for $250! First time dealing with them, but they sure make it easy to want to do business with them again.

    I did see in one of their ads that they don't charge a DOC FEE. If that's still true that's good. I have always thought that fee was a rip off BUT customers still pay it. If MacMulkin is charging sticker that could be anywhere from 250-650 that doesn't get added. That would pay for part of a trip from NC.

      No documentation or advertising fees at MacMulkin.

      Asked Vanessa if I needed to send more money, she responded, "I'm pleased to say we do not. We have your deposit and will not need anything else until the car has been built. "

          never knew no doc fee or advertising fee and they only charge 250 for courtesy delivery too...

          sounds like you made a great choice to do business with them.

            I just recently got on their list! Decided I could not wait for 2021 as I thought I might be able to. I am still under 350 on their list. Thought they may have a landslide around Carlisle.

                Under 350 with an allocation of 1172 means an earlier delivery, I think.

                        The first cars won’t start being delivered until sometime in February so you can kinda extrapolate from there. Depends on which dealer orders will get first priority but you can bet that MacMulkin will get to move a lot of the first units.

                          If you prefer to take delivery of your car at MacMulkin and drive it home, they will pick you up at the Manchester NH airport and drive you to the dealership in Nashua.

                          One advantage of delivery from MacMulkin in Nashua is you can get dealer installed upgrades, such as protective film, installed by their installer. Obviously, their installer will have had experience putting the film on a Corvette, as he did dozens before yours. And then, you can either pay for it by wrapping it into the purchase price, OR, as I did, paying for it separately. If you pay separately, there IS NO NEW HAMPSHIRE SALES TAX, and as the cost will not be on your purchase receipt as part of the cost of the car itself, you will not pay sales tax when you register the car in your home state that charges sales tax.

                          MacMulkin does not push extras such as protective film, etc. when you are buying the car, but if you want them to do it for you before you pick the car up, they will do it (for a fee, of course).

                            Liam told me to expect delivery late March or early April and I'm guessing that would be to the dealer near me. One of the wild cards will be people ordering car or equipment that is on constraint. I'm getting a 2LT in a color that is available immediately, but a 1LT would be slid back until the constraints are lifted.
