We gonna hit 3000 Z06's by Friday's run. Or is BGA closed Friday for the holiday weekend?

Either way I remember just a few months back the sentiment was 3000 Z06's would all they could do for 2023 MY. Now we have 3 more months left of production for the MY. Granted July has the 4th of July shutdown, but still going to be a lot better than people expected!

Good News: 3000 Z06's!

Bad/Disappointing news: Production trending downward.

Been in the 40+ every day for the last nine production days. When it was higher, there were Z06 assembly issues resulting in quite a few going to the repair line right after they came off the assembly for required remediation work. Perhaps the 40 range is the sustained range.

Did not know when they were doing 50+ a day a lot were being sent to the repair bays. Obviously that is no good and creates a lot of extra work for the workers, added costs, and delays for the customer!

Let's hope they can further improve the processes to enable a sustained 50+ a day again.

The repair crews were working seven days a week. Agreed, let’s go for a sustained 50+ Z’s without extra repair line time.
