Corvette Today Podcast Now On With Lance Miller (Corvettes At Carlisle)

Steve Garrett introduces you to Lance Miller.  Lance is the Co-Owner of Carlisle Events, which hosts the largest Corvette show in the country— Corvettes At Carlisle. http://anchor.fm/steve-garrett/episo...-Miller-el6mbb. Corvettes at Carlisle is the only major Corvette show that took place this year.  Lance talks about how things went this year during the pandemic.  Plus, he also talks about what the show is like during a non-pandemic environment. Lance is also the owner of the 1960 #3 Corvette that won its class at Le Mans in 1960. You previously hear about this valuable car on CORVETTE TODAY in podcast #14 with Kevin Mackay, podcast #15 with Michael Brown and podcast #22 with Jan Hyde.  But in this podcast, you get the story from the owners perspective!

  • How To Start A Thread

That question is asked fairly often. Thank you for starting one! Here’s how. Please read through to the very last part of this thread, especially the bolded paragraph. Thank you.

If you are not already, please go to this page of the forum: http://www.midenginecorvetteforum.com/

On the left side of the page, scroll down and select your chosen forum section where you want to place your thread. Click on that section’s title.

After you have clicked on the right forum section title, it will open up, with a repeat of your chosen section title. Below that on the left, you will see a see light-blue rectangle with “+ New Topic”. Click on it please.

That will open up giving you the upper labeled “Title” and below it where you post your content. If you wish to include a picture, and want a refresher:

    http://www.midenginecorvetteforum.co...st-a-picture-s

Please double-proof your thread title, for typos and other issues within your title can be little difficult to change/correct later. After you are satisfied with your title, that it is exactly what you want, type in your "post."

To ad to your posting display options, please click on the A on the right side.

Then click on the red rectangle in the bottom right marked "Save", below your post. white box).

Not to be concerned if you do not know where your thread’s best forum section is, please post, and if wanted later, admin/mods could move it to its best location.

It is simple after you have started just one thread, but if any questions, please post them below or PM staff.

After reading your posted thread, should you wish, you may edit it by clicking on the little "Edit" note (with a pencil next to it) below it.

Thread titles: To capture interest in your thread, as s shown the right hand column on the main page in a limited length, you will note that it only picks up there the first roughly 28 characters of your title. So please create your title to have as much major content in the first 28 characters (include counting spaces between your words), and then you can continue your title afterwards (up to 85 total characters) — but again please understand that one the main page’s right column will only show your first 28 of them.

NOTE: Only admin can create a new thread in the TSB sub-section.

Thank you very much. Happy threading!
