I want to thank all the members with the great and fun information posted here. I've been searching on this forum for a while but I've been dragging my feet on becoming a member since I wasn't sure if I would get a C8. I still like it more than love it but I'm getting one just the same. I've owned 8 Vettes over the years and yes I'm the stereotyped old Vette guy that likes chrome wheels. I would have gotten more but the 4 times I went to buy a C6 (not fan) I came home with Challengers every time (my kids found that very assuming and still tease me). Thank God they knocked the C7 out of the park and got me back into Vettes. I look forward to the fun that will be coming as we go through the order and wait process.

Hello Rapid Ed, I love shiny chrome wheels also. It's a love hate relationship as keeping them clean can get exhausting. Seems like it always rains just as you clean them. I have had many Vettes in the past and moved on to other high performance vehicles but now the C8 is a must have. Welcome.
