C8 Information Packet

Here is a nice packet of C8 information provided to dealers. The original pdf is too large to upload so if anyone would like a copy, send me a pm with your email address and I'll send it to you. Post #3 below has the file broken into three parts if you want to grab it from there.

Thanks for posting this, it's always very interesting to see what the dealers are reading.

There's a typo right at the end when describing the wheels. It says "There are also 2 accessory wheel options: a 5-spoke Gloss Black and a 15-spoke Performance Pewter". Actually, it's the 5-spoke wheel which is finished in pewter and the 15-spoke (their term for the Trident wheels) which comes in all-black.

Will be curious to see how many salespeople repeat that typo as gospel.

I got the pdf from Brad and downsized it (so the photos have lost some resolution), and split into three pdfs so it met the forum upload limits, but here they are if anyone wants to download them.

For a dealership to sell the new 2020 Corvette, there were a few requirements that need to be met. Those requirements were to pay for the C8-specific tools needed for service, pass the dealer sales and service training, and go out to Spring Mountain to learn about driving the new car.



As part of the training requirements, Chevrolet sent their dealers these ‘Corvette Packs’ pdf that features 15 pages of details, photos, and marketing information on the new Stingray. Chevy sales reps will utilize this pdf along with videos and other training materials to become certified on the new Corvette.
