C8 Unloading Now At Laguna Seca

Thanks to 09Z06pj, we are learning of a C8 now unloading at Laguna, with a Zeus Bronze one still in the truck, waiting to be next unloaded.

Just came from there and Laguna Seca is the only venue in the Monterey peninsula that is showing the C8. I asked them why they didn't bring the fancy new Salon Pavilion that was at the Concours D'Elegance of America. He said it was going to be at the Woodward Dream Cruise in Michigan. I think it is a massive mistake not to utilize the Pavilion for Pebble Beach and he said the marketing department made the decision to keep it in the East. This is a lost opportunity to put the car center stage in front of all the competitors. Too Bad!! Regardless, the car looks incredible and will sell out quick.

Thank you very much Skank. We are dying to know, what color will your C8 be in? And did Itomn change his plan for Zeus Bronze now that he saw it in person? Inquiring minds are very curious.

They really did bolt a lot of the frame together. I hope that was with the intention of knowing it’d make it much easier to cut weight and replace heavier pieces with CF for higher performance variants.

That could be as it is a pre-production version, built before the Bedford 6 and other robotic welding processes were completed. As of yet, the C8’s we are seeing are still using some pre-production parts.
