Those pics make me want to hop in the car to drive to Bowling Green and hang out in the parking lot of the plant.

Exactly what my wife and I are going to do, its only 456 miles and we are going to RV it on the way there and back.

Those must be some of the un-camo'd pre-production test fleet as none of them had any front/rear badging.

I appreciate Corvette_Nut shooting that first group at the plant and all, but it's really really surprising that he hasn't found an AYM there yet. C'mon Nut, we're depending on you!

The second group looks kinda like they're in Vegas. Maybe doing some final hot weather testing in Death Valley?

I'm absolutely sure that they are at the Embassy Suites on Paradise just East of the Strip.

Those are dead gorgeous. I think part of the issue with the reveal is that we saw the cars at an angle from which they are not designed to be seen: below the ground, so to speak. It's not a flattering view and made the front look oddly proportioned, which threw me for a loop since I'd seen it before and completely smitten.

Seeing these shots in the wild, they're all from eye level, and they capture the design better than the reveal stage shots.

I'll be shocked if sales are lower than 40K/year. Over 50K wouldn't surprise me, though I'm not sure BGA can produce so many.

Very nice pictures. I wonder if they are headed to Spring Mountain for dealer training?

It looks like the Z51 units have the equivalent of the C7 "poverty" splitter but in three pieces instead of one which should make shipping much more cost effective as an add on to non Z51 cars. It's Added to my "after delivery" options to add list. I added the C7 version to my 2015 Z51 C7 and it improved the looks a great deal.

More than fair. You might choose to wear a blindfold, for from what I am reading even those who were “not sure,” and “undecided,” and “won’t know until I see one,” changed to 2/3’s “got to have one” after seeing it at an event.

Funny story as I was sitting at the reveal, talking to my friends who had driven across the country in the newish 2018 to get to the reveal, with it “only” having 40,000+ miles on it (very little compared to the 100,000+ mile C7 they first had — all of which they put on it), and I asked her, “so what are your thoughts about the C8?” She responded, “we will get one at some point, but as our GS is pretty new, and it only has 40,000 miles on it, not getting a C8 for a few years.”

Then the livestream started, and once they drove up the cars, she grabbed her husband by the elbow and said, “I want one NOW!” To which he smiled broadly and said, “yes dear we will get one now.” And all of us, and they just beamed for the rest of the livestream.
