Thanks for the pictures, I never realized that the Corvette nametag is on the black part of the frontbumper

Very nice. Thanks. Is that Elkhart Blue?

Yes, Elkhart Lake Blue Metallic. The Rapid Blue is noticeably lighter and non-metallic.

Edit: I'm a little disappointed at the difference between the color of the splitter and the black bodywork it's attached to. Makes the splitter look like it's already faded.

No doubt one of the carbon fiber / flash options will change that!

I like the metal mesh. I am so thankful the rear bumper vents are functional (dislike fake items on cars). I wish those rear vents could be exposed carbon fiber as well though!

Seems like the splitter and sideskirts on all Z51 are not painted, but the bodywork is painted gloss black. I agree that it would definitely a lot better if these parts were gloss black too. Hopefully there will be an option for that

So, the traveling C8 display consists of 1 blue car......that’s a bit disappointing.
                  Thanks for the pics though.
Do we know yet, can all of the plastic bits be replaced with visible carbon fiber?
                  I’m goin’ driving 👍

                    Great details;Thanks
Anyone know when actual prices for options become available? (i.e. Z51 with performance exhaust; GT1 versus GT2 seats; front lift; carbon flash spoiler, splitter & full length sideskirts). Would like an idea of total cost after having built our C8.

That is apparently the part that gets removed to mount front plate. Not crazy about protrusions on each side of cameras.

Looks like that panel in the middle comes off, I sure hope they have a good looking solution where having the front plate is required in certain states.

I believe John saw some fine print in the "Reserve Your Car" section of the visualizer which stated that pricing would be available by August 15th.

Still hearing August 15th, though I heard a rumor (definitely not confirmed), that dealers will know them this Thursday. However, I will believe it only when later confirmed. For those new to order new generations/models of Corvettes, we do not forget one year in which the initial orders went in with those customers still not knowing exact prices for the Corvette they already ordered — so this year, this is August 15th will be lightning speed.

And having a configurator up at this time, is truly postive-precedent-setting.
