Yes they did. Remarkably close. I think the biggest difference is the body lines on the rear deck. The rest is 99%.

You nailed it man!! Good work! You even added black accents in later renders... maybe GM followed some of the design cues from this site??!

Nailed it man especially the side window treatment. That was my biggest hang up if they didn’t get that just right. Sold on the final design is an understatement by 1000% . It’s remarkable how close you were IMO. Thanks again.

Looks like the side "windows" are just painted (or molded) black, not actual windows.

Correct. i think everyone who did renders guessed that.

I'd like to thank everyone on this form for their support.

You are correct Chaz. We learned that they are an acoustical glass, and not see through.

Accolades to fvs and Chaz and also deserved thanks to the fun we derived by looking at bdsvavars’ and ZoraC2 for their significant rendering contributions! Thank you all for greatly adding to our enjoyment, speculations, and our understandings of the C8.

I second that! I am actually amazed at how close the renders ended up, I really thought GM had more trickery especially around the side vent.

hmmm Could Chazcron and FVS as well as Corvette Blogger all be GM employees??? Great Job and many thanks to them BUT, Corvette Blogger was all over the world, seems like and Chazcron's and FVS 's renderings were SPOT ON. The C8 was under our noses the whole time. Coincidence ???? Do appreciate their efforts THANKS
