Eric with Revmatch always does a very good job with his videos. It amazes me how advanced GM was as early as 1960 to 1964 with mid engine design and we had to wait till now??
      A lifetime for some

It is a great video but he made one mistake when he stated that the Toronado was a Pontiac it was an Oldsmobile.

Good catch! At least he has a correct picture of the Oldsmobile Toronado.

Let's hope that the C8 has similar technology as most of these prototypes had, well advanced for its time!

Thanks for making such a great video on the ME Corvette history! The first thing I did after viewing it was to call John and share it with him. I also posted it on another Corvette forum as well as various Corvette Facebook pages. Well done! I look forward to meeting you at the reveal!

SorryJag for my not properly credited you for the great video alert. I am running between 300 and 400 emails a day the last few, and my mind is not totally caught up yet.

As always jagamajajaran, aka “Super Sleuth,” we appreciate your finding and funneling great info into our forum.

Yes - I definitely messed up there! Not sure why I didn't catch that, but I have no fact checker. It's all me.

Thank you! There were too many prototypes and I intentionally skipped some, but I thought the early stuff was important.

I'm trying to get an interview with an engineer on Thursday. Not sure it will happen, but if it does - what should I ask?
