For those of you who were wondering if the black carbon flash accents would be available for the E-Ray, they will.

They are an option. The cost is currently unknown.

So instead of painting or wrapping the accents on your E-Ray, the factory will do that for you.

It is known as the EFR black accent package. This has been confirmed by Kirk Bennion on the Deep Dive video.

Great interview and I'm a happy camper with the option to get the factory CF accents. The more I see the factory Pearl Nickel wheels, the more I'm warming up to them. When I first saw them in the E-Ray leak, I was not a fan. I see that they say they're forged, so it'll be interesting to see how much they weigh.

I noticed Kirk Bennion said the E-Ray comes standard with premium exterior paint. That'll save up to $995 depending on your color of choice compared to the up charge on Stingray & Z06 for colors like red mist & amplify orange.

I heard that too, but I think that means that the nine colors that are no extra charge are super high quality. I doubt that WPM, AO, and RMM are going to be N/C when the pricing officially comes.

What I confirmed from my earliest suspicions, was that the car was designed from Jump Street to incorporate the electric drive motor, and you can still store luggage!

I also like the "stealth" and "shuttle" modes for when you don't want to start the ICE and avoid a cold startup for just moving the car a few feet. Saves wear.

We'll see soon enough once the ordering guide comes out, but he was pretty clear in saying "this vehicle comes standard with our premium exterior paint". That to me speaks its not an up charge to get colors like SWG. Its always possible he misspoke, I suppose. I did hear him also say it's 3.5 inches wider in the back when I believe its actually 3.6 inches wider. The devil's in the details. Hopefully for my wallet's sake, he didn't misspeak.

If I understood the video correctly, at min 7:20 he states that it comes standard with the vis carbon front 3 piece splitter as well as the vis side skirts-sounds a bit optimistic for those items to be included in the base msrp, but I won't complain if they are.

Every time I watch one of the video's, I learn a bit more..... especially from the GM guys. It's apparent that there are differences between the cars shown and the words spoken, but I attribute that to the pre-production versions of the E-Ray. Look forward to seeing the ordering information when it's released later this year....
