2023 Corvette Info Including E-Ray, SR & Z06 Pricing, SR & Z06 Visualizers, 70th Anniversary Info, Press Releases for SR & Z06 & Their Build & Price, Order Guides & Visualizers
In comparison, first our 2020 Corvette ME, and then the $1.1M Aston Martin Valhalla; which one has a door peak on steroids?
Thanks Motor1 for the Valhalla picture.
2023 Z06: Hypersonic Gray HTC, two tone blue interior, CCB’s, 3LZ, E60, and with every visible carbon fiber option order-able including wheels. Lifetime, annual contributors, and 24 year members of National Corvette Museum. Home is the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
That was accurate and funny too. That poor ceiling of someone’s garage.
I do not like the looks of the Valhalla’s side when the door are closed, but I do like them when they are open. Can they be driven that way?

Wow, That Aston is exotic but the jagged edges are a safety concern even with the door opening upwards. Yes John, I can imagine that car coming down the road with the doors open, lol that would be a sight.
But of course, we are not positive that the C8 will have them at all......
I think the biggest surprise at the reveal will be side intakes much smaller than those on the camo cars. These are not air cooled engines. I see air intakes being needed to cool rear brakes, the transaxle, engine air intake. But I predict the engine will be cooled by a front mounted radiator.
2022 HTC 2LT Z51
Front lift, mag ride
black exterior, adrenaline red interior, bright red calipers
So now were comparing the 'rumored' sub $60K ME C8 with million dollar super cars??? Come on guys.... It's going to be a 'big deal' but let's keep things in perspective. As much as I would like it to be a Ford GT with a sub $100K price tag, that's not going to happen.
Back on topic though..... I really hope the doors are 'peaked' and it has the large scoops like the various renderings. That really does give it an aggressive look as is fitting for an American muscle car.
2020 HTC Torch Red with lots of goodies. Built in September. Museum Delivered in October......
Other toys in the garage: Ferrari California, BMW i8 Roadster, Bentley Flying Spur, Chevy SSr

With you tooold2race, 100%, and why after the Z06 version comes out, which will be even more aggressive looking, we will trade in my 2002 C8 for it.
Do compliments on our C7 Z06, “dude, it looks like a race car” (which I heard from a teenager while at my club’s Corvette car show two days ago) bother me? Hell no. It made me happy to hear that. When my Mom was 97 and we drove our Corvette to Baltimore from Oregon to visit her, as I wheeled her out of her retirement village, the first words out of her mouth were (and that was our C6 Z06), “sonny, it looks like a race car!”
May my/our C8 look like a race car! Maybe I should order big round numbers for each door LOL
