Always appreciate the work Chaz ... thx, but I'm getting out my carbon flash metallic paint for that grille

We believe, but are not positive, that we would be having three options for the center grille insert, e.g. body colored, carbon flash black metallic, and visible carbon fiber.

That nose is nice. Not too much grille, but hopefully still good airflow.

hope so John ... that big hunk of body color just doesn't fit

Thanks DanSS24 for your first post. Welcome!

As we know, the critical ingredient for all mid engine is proper cooling. With GM having two of the best OEM wind tunnels in the world for street cars, they have spend hundreds of hours in them to insure the C8’s airflow works really well. I read a comment by Tadge that Chief Exterior Designer Kirk Bennion personally spend over 100 hours in the tunnels just on fine tuning the ZR1’s aero alone.

Fantastic work, Chaz. The new nose is very sweet. That view from the inside reminds me of the Camaro I test drove. I hope the real C8 has a bit higher windshield roof line so I don't have to duck all the time just to see signs and traffic lights.

Am I the only one who sees a bit of the Aria in the C8's design? The hood, the door, and the scoop in particular. Not so much the front or rear, nor the rear deck. I wonder if GM Design was testing any ideas with the help of the Aria team?

Agree electroVette ... I see some Aria cues.

Thx for blacking out that grille in the latest render above Chaz

Chaz, I think that's an awful thick "A" pillar! And I'm sure your rendering was not done with a wide angle camera lens in mind! Thanks! Is everyone about as exhausted as I am with speculation? I want to see it, order it, and have it delivered to the museum NLT 1st quarter 2020! Are you listening Mike?

Agree. The all black is much better than that half and half version in an earlier post.
