It is, but too crowded on most weekends. They have some great photographers at various places alongside the road.

I've often wondered how you acquire some of these staged shots. Is there a sign with contact info? Do they hand out business cards? Is there a website where you can purchase them? TIA

            • #7
They are really not staged. They are taken as you drive the road. The photographers are set up in strategic corners to get good shots. There are currently 3 different companies that are taking photos. They have signs identifying themselves as you drive by. You can google Tail of the Dragon photographers to get their websites. Not sure if its ok to say the names here since they are not site sponsors.

indeed, the web sites are pretty cool. the pictures are posted with date/time stamps, so when you drive the road, keep track of about when you were on it, and you can find your pictures very easily. They are very high rez photos. You can browse all of your pics on the site, and purchase the file for whichever you like. I have done this a few times with our cars and bikes. I can't wait to get on all of the great roads in the area after I get my C8 later next year.
