  • Chazcron C8 GIF Work In Progress

As Chazcron has noted this is a "work in progress." Stay tuned for this as it evolves thanks to his 3D skills.

Chazcron, you are an amazing talent. I love what you are doing. Take all the artistic license you wish, for other than GM, none of us definitively know what the scoop is going to look like. What you have is really good looking!

    Thank you very much!

I look forward to your work in progress continuing.

Looks great but just one tiny thing on the 1/4 rear side window. Look at this picture and see what I mean.

Thank you MikeC8. I give you kudos for reminding all of us, and the renderers, about the mini-window’s shape. Bet your see it perfectly accurate in a future rendering.

                  Thanks Mike.

Just a slight more curve on the top of the window towards the back. Tiny but makes a difference. Fvs has it dead on imo. Ok enough it’s just my nature I guess. Sorry John I didn’t see your reply before I posted this second picture.

Yeah, Mike. I've only roughed it in so far, I was planning on using the C8.R as reference (along with the scoop again)

It looks nice but has more of a Tesla / sporty electric car vibe than a corvette vibe, IMO. It just doesn’t say corvette to me yet. I understand many look at this and see a corvette, but I just don’t get that vibe. Perhaps that was what GM was going for...

Remember, this is a "WORK IN PROGRESS" thread. (And get used to these placeholder wheels.) Only the roof is new, the rest is just clumsily hinted and not scaled out yet.
