I do like the way the bottom of the side intake is integrated into the lower body line on the door. I think this makes a lot more sense aesthetically than having that line just disappear into the intake. Not so sure about the black piece at the top of the intake, though. Looks like they've borrowed a lot from FVS in the front end.

Thank you very much ACS Composite! Looks good. My wife asked, “when can we order it?” Looks a lot like this ACS rendering built on your first one months ago, and evolved based on the pictures and ‘Ring material we have learned since.

        Thank you very much!

I sure hope the ridges on the hood terminating in sharp point on the nose is wrong.

The lines on the ACS hood are the outer bevel lines but there is a center set similar to the c7-ZR1 as shown here. The paint shop image verifies the detail.

This rendering resembles a Ferrari more than any other rendering that I have come across. Definitely not a bad thing though like I've seen some people say because that's a complement in my eyes. Well done ACS!

FVS's renderings are better, but the more the merrier!

I like the ACS image, but it does seem that the passenger compartment appears a bit "shorter" than other renderings, by terminating sooner over the back hatch... it may just be the viewing angle that gives me this impression.

I like many parts of it. It is an intriguing and interesting concept that both ACS and fvs have come up (either in picture or in posts), that there could be something decorative (a la the Audi R8) on the front edge of the scope that is “changeable,” If nothing else for its being a leading edge that could be easily sandblasted by debris. Or maybe a “replaceable,” really nice looking “cover” to protect that edge.

And what a field day that would be for aftermarket companies. I remember a great tip that Fasttoys taught us about using glossy electrical tape on the similar sharp edge on the Z06’s rear fender brake intake duct. I bet I have replaced my tape there six or maybe even ten times.

And another place for “clear bra” material for those who are wanting protection over their visible carbon fiber (for we know either GM or the aftermarket will provide us with such an option).
