Very informative video, thanks for posting. It appears that this could be done on ramps and not require a lift. Do you have any feel for how level the Z06 needs to be when draining the old oil? My driveway is sloped about perfectly to level my cars when they are up on ramps, making oil changes a breeze, hope to do the same for the Z06.

Nice tutorial on the Z06 oil change. I have always done them at 1,000 miles on my 4 post lift at home. It looks pretty straightforward.
With that cannister and o-ring it reminds me of the PF-141 on my 65. The Z06 O-Ring looks much easier to seat properly than the midyear Corvette O-Ring.

$172.77, discounted from $188.88... Wow! Checked Summit Racing who only has the 0W-40 at $12.99 a quart, which works out to $103.92 for 8 quarts.... Granted, there appears to be a shortage at this point, which is likely the reason for the price. Either that, or we're looking at a mighty expensive oil filter there....

Dyno The 5-50W appears to be more expensive. I bought a quart last week at the NCM track and it was $20. The 0-40 was about half that price.

My Chevy dealership[ charged me $17/quart. But they choose not to ship it. Walmart was about $16.75/quart last time I checked.

Yeah, I think we might seeing the price coming down as it becomes more readily available. I'm thinking it's just about supply and demand while some demand a higher than the initial supply, the price during that transitionary period before the supply catches up is going to be higher....
