Has any customer orders been fulfilled? I have now been told 4 times it was shipping. Still has not shipped. Their text bot system told me that they even stayed late this past Friday for UPS to get there. Guess what, today I get an email and they say, it will ship Tuesday. This has been one of the worst purchasing experiences of my life. I understand the world we live in and I have owned my business for 35 years. People respect truth, not lies. No excuses for lies. I've got the same experience with them on the z06 wing. Website said 4-6 weeks, I asked after 8 weeks and was told "it's getting picked up today, we'll give you tracking as soon as we get it" 1 week later still nothing

Got a call from Wendy sigala personally on Monday. She said she met with her employees and admitted they lie just to answer people. What? Who needs staff if they don’t look anything up. Just lie? Mind blowing
got my z06 aero parts today, I open 1 piece from the bubble wrap. The carbon flash paint has a bubble, scratches and worn off paint. Quality is horrible. I won’t even open the rest of the pieces up. Their service is horrible. I will be returning it for a full refund. Worst experience I have ever had with a company. They need to spend less time on social media and pretending they are famous, and spend more time taking care of customers and making quality items. This is just my experience, but seems to be happening a lot.

If you Google them (or past business "HCM"), they have quite the reputation in the Mustang/Camaro world and it's not a good one.
