This month’s theme is a picture of a C8 on a FOOD road trip.
What the heck does that mean? It means that sometime this month you got into your C8 and went on a short trip but at least 25 miles in length each way, to arrive at a place you wanted to eat at; yes you are guilty that the second or third reason you own your Corvette is to “drive to eat.”
The picture SHALL be of your car with the “restaurant,” food cart or whatever selling food is that you ate at is behind or next to it. If the place is “funky,” it will get extra credit — for here is a deviation from normal this month, that the top group of entries will then go to the MECF Photo Judges panel —for them to select how well you did in choosing a funky restaurant, food cart or whatever — and the Judges’ decision, not the total number of votes, once one got in the top group of voter getters, will be final.
Your C8 must be in the picture but as we love to share our favorite food places, if you have other Corvettes in your picture this month that would be perfect too.

The following picture is merely illustrative of a funky place. It is one of my favorites and a place that Guy Fieri had on his show, was one of its episodes, one of his favorite dives to eat in in America. Remember his show, “DINER'S, DRIVE-IN's & DIVE'S !!! “ on the Food Network?
