Launch Control:
How to use 2020 Corvette launch control:
- Put the car in drive
- Adjust the Performance Traction Management (PTM) system to “Track” mode
- Hit the ESC off button twice
- A PTM prompt will appear on the dash asking which mode to select (Wet, Dry, Sport I, Sport II and Race); any mode will work, but Race will have the least traction control intervention.
- Put your left foot down on the brake pedal
- Floor the accelerator pedal with your right foot
- Build engine RPM to 3,500
- Lift off the brake pedal and launch
How to use 2020 Corvette burnout mode:
- Put the car in drive
- Put your left foot on the brake pedal
- Pull both wheel-mounted shift paddles to temporarily open the clutches
- Floor the accelerator pedal with your right foot
- Release the paddles and the rear tires will start spinning instead of seeking a perfect launch.[/Quote]
