That is about right. Per my pics of invoices Post #11 on this Thread:
        • Paid ~$120 for just engine oil/filter change (GM required Supercar 0W-40 oil is not cheap: $11.99/quart @ Advanced Auto x 8 quarts)
        • Paid ~$990 for my 3 year Service; All DCT Fluid replacement (that fluid is even more expensive: $43 MSRP X 11 quarts); DCT Filter Kit (MSRP = $230) and my year 3 engine oil/filter change.

The last two free ones had issues. One an oil plug was loose. Another had the front spoiler scuffed by the guy who moved it. Yes i do like to do my own work. Very easy since I have so done many at home.

I'll add, $130-$140 is pretty normal without coupons or discounts. 8qts oil, filter, minimal labor. Anything beyond that, and someone is charging a "tax".
            Just had mine done, $141.

Today I got a quote from a socal dealer .dct filter change $1093+tax and $1947 for dct filter and fluid .doesn't seem like a fair price.I had filter changed at 1500miles end of 1st yr on gm.Im at end of 3rd yr at 3800 miles so I think i'll do the fluid and come back at 7500 miles for the 2nd filter.sound like the right plan?

Agree, way high. For my 3 year service I paid $990 including Tax for: 1) DCT Filter W/Required Flush: 2) All DCT Fluid change; 3) Engine Oil/Filter year 3 service with Supercar oil.
I also had my free GM Service done year 1 with ~3000 miles. Both with my Curtesy Delivery Dealer's super C8 Trained Tech.
                Pic of the Invoice below.

My plan would be to check with another dealer.

My first oil change (and DCT filter) was the included one, just shy of 1 year (12/7/21).

My second was just shy of 1 year from the previous one (11/29/22). Total cost was $124. Not bad.

My second DCT filter change was 4/3/23. I supplied the filter (approx $120 including shipping from RockAuto) and a quart of fluid which they used to top it up (they used half a bottle, call it $15). The labor total was $487. So all in for the DCT filter change was about $622. I thought that was pricey, but I guess I got a good deal compared to what others are paying.

I will be taking it in in November to get another oil change and have the DCT fluid and filter replaced. I just ordered the DCT filter and fluid from RockAuto, $450 for filter and 11 quarts of fluid, including tax and shipping. I still have 1.5 quarts so I will have a few quarts left over. I may add them for a track fill. I’m not sure what the labor will be to do both fluid and filter, I plan to ask when I schedule the appointment. Since a lot of the labor is removing the panels, I’m hoping the labor will be in the neighborhood of $600-700. That would make it $1050-1150 for parts and labor for just the DCT fluid and filter. I’m just glad my dealership allows me to supply OEM parts, parts department retail pricing is ridiculous.

Definitely a dealer profit thing. These BG treatments (they have them for everything) are snake oil, and a super high profit item for the dealer. They probably paid about a buck for that "$15" additive. When you go in for the DCT fluid change, watch that they don't try to sell you the BG transmission flush or additive. Probably ruin the DCT.

THIS is what the owners manual says:
