If no one answers your important question directly and affirmatively, I would reach out to Chet at Aerolarri —for he will definitely know that answer.

I’d guess no if guesses count.

the fenders of the c8 z06 are 3.6 wider for a reason.

the tires won’t fit either unless the wheels are of the appropriate offsets and width.

I don’t believe current aftermarket wheel vendors can get the z06 tire sizes to fit under the stingray fenders.

they might but I can’t remember seeing it done yet

the best I’ve seen is MRR in 19 and 20 inch diameters so far.

I can’t remember the exact sizes but seem to remember 275/19 s out front.

There was a vendor named Nowicki at the Museum Bash that is selling fender flares that attach to your OEM C8 Stingray bodywork that will allow you to fit C8 ZO6 wheels I believe.

I purchased Chevrolet Z06 wheels for this exact reason for my 2021 C8 Stingray (Z51 with front end lift).
Not having the tires yet, I ran some experiments. Attaching some pictures here.
I lined up the new wheel and the existing tire/wheel to check width. I mounted one side to check clearance without tires.
In the end my conclusion is that the front is a zero problem install, with tire will be inside wheel well and clear in full turn.
This presumes stock 2023 Z06 tire size of 275/30/20 in front and 345/25/21 in rear. Notice that the lower profile tires on Z06 should end up providing
similar diameter. My 2021 C8 Stingray is stock height, not lowered.
Before I went down this path I studied people who were using 20x10 fronts and 21x13 rears already, using aftermarket wheels where they could control offset
            during machining.
The factory Corvette Z06 wheels have no inside clearance problems. And I agree with the posts that state the Z06 is 3.6 inches wider overall. But look at your Stingray
and there is some room between outside edge of tire and the outside of rear fender.
In my pictures I show the bare wheel on the rear, it appears to stick out past body, but this is with suspension not compressed.
I tried to compress the suspension with another jack, but could not comfortably provide it, compressing the suspension would pull the top of wheel in closer to body.
In a few weeks I will have tires mounted on these Z06 wheels and will do a complete fit. If I get tire rub in rear (especially during spirited driving) then plan B is
to acquire rear fenders and rear bumper (and accessories) . So my commitment might not suit others, but the basic question of putting 20x10 front and 21x13 rear
from a factory Z06 seems reasonable. But that rear wheel outer edge is still a question mark. And I cannot believe one of the members here has not done this already.
I cannot possibly be the first.
Also, I am no expert, please comment, provide constructive criticism. Let me know your thoughts.

A few more pictures, whole set of 4, one showing inside edge clearance from under car, might be tough to see, and one with the Corvette name on the wheel.

Many thanks to generic00 for elaborating on his wheel size increase experiences. Much appreciated..

After I did the original post (for my friend !) I came across the post by forum sponsor Wheel Designers in California, to whom via email I poised the same question at 11.38 pm Massachusetts time expecting an answer a day or two later.
                Was very impressed to receive an answer several minutes later with the following statement;
No. The C8 Z06 fitment is completely different than the regular C8 base/Z51
They also sent me a list of C8 wheels they carry including 19/20, 20/21 inch wheels that will fit the base C8.

On behalf of poster generic00, I hope they are incorrect since he has gone to the expense of purchasing a set of Z06 wheels.

We'll be looking forward to the results when his tires are mounted and complete wheels are on his car.

I'm also very pleased to see thanks to Wheel Designers, that there are more larger wheel options to be had.

I just saw this, I put the OEM wheels/tires from my Z06 on my Stingray for test fit for another member here and NO, they do not fit. Tire/clearance issues and offset make it a no go. I need to mention, my Stingray is lowered, but I don't think that makes any difference on fitment in this case.

Thanks for posting. Any pics or videos?
I believe you, but I am getting conflicting reports.
I wonder if they would fit if your raised your car back to stock height.

The biggest issue is the offset, they stick out beyond the fenders.
The fronts touch the inner fender.
So to be clearer, you can bolt them on, but it is not the correct fitment.

I didn’t take any photos, I just did one side real quick to test and pulled them right back off.

As many mentioned above.... The new Z06 wheels in 20x10 and 20x13 will not fit the C8 base, Z51... That is a reason we are making the Forged F25 5 spoke wheel to accommodate the C8 owners with dimensions that work correctly, as well as the F23 and M024. .
                        Thank you
