Fwiw...for winter driving snow tires are a better choice for snow. Ill be buying a second set of wheels, sensors and snow tires for winter.

all seasons are not worth the money whereas snow tires get the job done. (With snow)

If you have your dealer make the swap at delivery, the summer tires may never be used on the road
      Torch red 1LT, no options

I thought there was an option to override a standard feature ... um ... If that makes sense.

D30 option is an override only for color combinations. It is used to specify interior and exterior color combinations that are not otherwise offered. Like ordering red or blue seats in a Sebring Orange car. Or overriding the tan seat belts that come in Natural Dipped to get blue seat belts.

I don't use all season tires for driving in the snow. The car takes its winter nap with the first snow. Rather, its for driving confidence on those chilly Spring and Fall days.

Does Central Office Processing (COPO) not still exist?

I was planning on taking to my courtesy delivery specialist once I get a solid TPW.

Ideally he had another customer with a base car who wants summer tires.

If I need a new set from retail I'm a little skeptical about early availability.

Definitely the main reason I am not ordering Z51 (which I had on my '16 and loved)

Good question. I haven’t heard of a COPO anything in GM outside police cars or that sort of fleet order, but maybe a Regional Manager or a dealer with juice could make it happen for you, but it is definitely not available in Workbench to the typical dealership. Swapping tires sounds more like an accommodation than a COPO exception.

They still call the drag race only Camaros COPO cars, but an actual office? Don't know.
The greatest sound in the world is a Rolls Royce Merlin over 100 inches.

1LT, Elkhart Lake Blue, Adrenaline red seats, Z51, FE4, Bright Silver 5-open spoke wheels, chrome emblems

I'm in the same boat. Need All Season for cold weather, but not snow. I will have z51 to get FE4. Trying to decide whether to see if I can do the swap with someone or see if I can pick up a deal on stock rims and tires from someone going to aftermarket rims and rubber.

Atomic Orange C6. Plenty of engine and suspension mods.

                          C8 HTC with Z51 FE4 coming summer/fall 2020.

BTW, Is this a typo on the GM spec sheet? I can't find any reference to these tires as listed. "Michelin Pilot Sport ALS" Is it supposed to read "A/S"

If what happened on the C7 happens for the C8, there will be a lively buy and sell of factory wheels and tires here on the site once cars start to get into people's garages.

Simple but costly. I'll get a Z51 drive it until the weather changes then buy whatever Michelin A/S tires are built at that time and merrily go down the road with my ALL SEASON TIRES on my TRACK READY Z51.YIPPEEE...One caveat if I don't stroke out before I get the car
