I'd love to see a static image of the two cars overlayed so I can really compare the lines and proportions.

here is the c8 ( as we know it so far) VS the 488 Pista and Mclaren - based on a 20in rear wheel and lined up on the rear wheel.

Gives an idea of the size and proportions and overall shapes...

          Good company I think...

If the car looks anything like this, then it will definitely be up there with the mid-high tier Ferraris, Lamborghini, McLarens, and Porches. Although as much as I love Corvettes and your renderings, it'll be tough for it to surpass the beauty of a McLaren in my opinion.

              Thanks FVS!

Other than the longer rear deck, pretty darn close match to the 488. And other than the lower nose on the McLaren, not far off from that, either.

Sort of says that if you want to package a V8 ME car that's wrapped tightly around the mechanicals, you don't have a lot of leeway on the size and proportions.

Interesting, though, that the front overhang on the ME appears to be longer than the FE, even though there's no engine stuck up there. The stylists probably felt the front end was just too stubby looking otherwise.

ID:	8029 I found this a couple months ago and wonder when more camo gets stripped off if we will see some of the venting I know the front grill may be wrong.

Thank you for finding it. That, to me, however looks mostly like a C7 in which someone moved the cabin forward to reflect a ME, and then put an intake give into the rear fender for more air to the engine area. IMO it is time for way more change than that.

As to where we will see additional intake grills and/or exiting ducts, we do not know for sure. I personally do not think there will be any new ones, though more than a few disagree with me and believe that we will see additional front hood exciting ducts on the 2020 ME Corvette.

I am wondering a piece of tape came off, or someone forgot to replace it on that side. Maybe the tape’s purpose was they they did not want us to see that the entire hatch comes up.

“That’s my story and I am sticking to it.” Great song by Collin Raye, here to enjoy!

This car will be considered the greatest “tape job” in the history of motoring. The more I look at this car, the more it does not make sense. I certainly hope I am right.

I hope when it is revealed, we all ask, “how did they disguise such a breathtaking car under that vinyl camo?”
