ID:	69585 I mentioned in my introduction first post that I had attended the grand opening of the Corvette museum and that I still had memorabilia from the caravan and Ssscooter66 asked if I could post photos of what I have. As you can see the T shirt has never been worn and the post cards with post marks from the special on site post office have never been sent. Just thought I would share. That's cool.

I too was at the NCM for the grand opening back in 1994, and I do remember a C4 ZR-1 in the parking lot with the vanity plate "Z ARE 1".

    It wasn't you, was it?

Nope, I had my 66 L79 A/C coupe. Did you come from the North where we stopped at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway where we were able to do two laps on the track?

I came down from Northern Indiana to the museum, driving past Indianapolis.

I didn't know that the Indy track was allowing hot laps...

Were you part of the Northern caravan because the Indianapolis chapter of the Corvette club set it up. We had a catered lunch and everything.

Nope, drove down on my own...

Now, if I'd known that there would also be lunch provided...

It's Turbo Bob, but you're welcome. I'm saving them for my grandson who is a motorhead and wants to be an automotive engineer.
