    correct, this is due to it using the sensors from the MR to create a virtual wheel lock stop instead of an actual physical stop, the MR sensors tell it that the tires wont rub so its ok to turn a bit farter under these conditions, kind of neat, scary for 10 year from now repair bills , but that probably wont be my problem. I find it very interesting that chevy even bothered to do this, the amount of time and money spent on details like this for the cost of the car is pretty amazing.

    Curious ... I haven’t seen this discussed. Does the lower/lift system take into account the status of an open door? Wouldn’t want the car to lower and catch the door on a curb for instance. I assume GM thought of this (car won’t lift or lower if stopped or if door is open, etc.) Just hadn’t seen anything.
