  • SIX C8's to be at Corvettes at Carlisle ?!?

So based off their Facebook post pasted below, there will be AT LEAST 6 C8's. If true, which I've already emailed them to see if they will confirm, it may be the perfect time to do some color shopping!

We shall see what they say.

    Edit: Looks to be confirmed

Hey you never know about the 1LT but I'd doubt it as well. I'll likely go on Thursday as my only day off. Have to google how far away from Poconos it is. Edit: just googled it and my gawshhhhh it's far lol ... Oh well 2hrs15minz to see 6 colors may be worth it!

Saw the 6 C8s post of Facebook, too. I wasn't going to go, since I'm headed to BG for the Caravan, but I've changed my mind, and will head up early Friday morning.

My flight lands in Harrisburg Thursday morning. I'll spend Thursday and Friday on the grounds and fly home early Saturday morning before heading out the following Monday for the Caravan. Looking forward to seeing more colors!

I am taking off from work tomorrow to go. All the killer pictures that you all are posting here on the forum is making me jealous. It is about a 4 hour drive for me but I am still iffy on a final exterior/interior color choice so it would be nice to see a few different cars in person besides the east coast dealer tour car.

I am so glad I went. 8 hours of driving round trip and I was only able to spend 2 hours at the show. I was still able to sit in a few of the C8s and most importantly make a final decision on color.

I orginally intended to go with Arctic White, but after seeing Zeus Bronze in person, that is definitely my color.

I felt even stronger about it seeing it drive away in the sunlight. A very elegant and dynamic color.

This was my first time at Corvettes at Carlisle. I have never owned a Corvette before, and never really considered owning one. This show has changed my view of Corvettes for sure. The enthusiasm around Corvette is pretty infectious. I ended up sitting for 30 mintues at gate 3 watching some cars leave and hoping I can be a part of it next year.

It was awesome to see how excited and helpful all of team Corvette was. Harlan was next to us while were waiting for a seat in the torch red car and had asked my wife and I what we thought of the car. For someone who has been taking pictures and answering questions nonstop for the last several days it was pretty cool that he went out of his way to interact with future customers.

Thanks to all the great members of this forum for keeping us in the loop on the C8. If it wasn't for all the Carlisle posts I would not have gone.
