That puts an exclamation point on what they've accomplished. Everyone here is already goofy about the car, I predict by this time next year it will be sold out for year 2 and they'll be taking orders for year three.

That is why for 4 1/2 years we have had a deposit on the first year Stingray, and not too long after that we placed a separate deposit for the Z06 version.

I expect within a few months to have in our Announcements section an ever declining number of allocations yet available, counting down to zero from our forum vendor dealers selling at MSRP.

2023 Z06: Elkhart Lake Blue, 2-tone blue interior, HTC, Standard Z06 with Z07 aero pkg, CCB’s, 3LZ, E60, every visible carbon fiber option including wheels, Jake Design Pkg. Lifetime, annual contributors, and 25 year NCM members. Home is the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Let's ask our Forum sponsors to report in on how many cars are left in their allocations

They will not uniformly do that and here is why (and I respect their reasons). Let us say you are dealer X and you have 50 allocations, and then you have 50 customers who have placed a deposit on them. As almost all are refundable, and the eventual drop off rate can approach 40% due to divorce, medial, other financial, can’t get insurance, can’t get financing, and mostly some folks being on multiple dealer’s lists (dropping off those once the first dealer calls them with a hard allocation for their specific order), dealers want and need waiting lists. Thankfully all of our forum dealers are honest and tell folks the truth, e.g., “right now you are # 2 on my waiting list,” etc.

Yep, I am two away from the initial allocation because one person has already dropped out. I just need two more to drop lol.

Like you, I also put a deposit on the performance model as well and ended up being the first one with this forum vendor.

Got some things, in the garage, currently for sale now though lol

I think those who want convertible spyder c8 s should go for that instead of the coupes.

                        what a stunning vehicle...

should be releasing shortly and you guys know you wont be happy not having that hardtop retractable folding roof.
