  • This guy claims to have pricing!

Not sure what to make of this:

    $58,900 base price
    $4455 for 2LT

    Sounds awesome, if true.....

Little over $2k for the comp seats according to him. I wish he had divulged the front lift and GT2 seat price.

And he also thinks he has a price for exposed carbon fiber spoilers, which are nowhere to be found on the order guide.

The fact a banner comes up at 21:46 that says "Prices estimated by former GM employee" says enough. Why not make a video that says "Prices estimated by my mailman"?

              I wont even watch this **** ..

thanks for posting up his estimate guess by former employee as if that **** off has any insight...

just look at todays 2019 option cost amd approximate off of that...

whatever it ends up to be it wont be a big deal amd then every year in priduction costs go up on the msrp but the manufacturer ir dealer or both add incentives etc.. sometimes years down the road...

this isnt anything new although the womderful oricing under 60 even if just by a dollar was pretty slick...

screaming VALUE VALUE VALUE FOR ALL OF GM LINEUP ESPECIALLY CHEVROLET...

smart move by Gm Im pretty sure variety ofmoptioms will expand on the c8 versus the c7 but standbys like z51 and fe4 will stay close to c7 pricing..

the luxury items like colored seat belts, and brake rotors cant go to high...

i did read some guys pay five grand for special vin numbers?

To me of true thats really off the wall..

who gives a **** what the vin number ends up to be?

i wouldnt pay five cents for the ability to choose my vin number but thats just me...

certain things i just dont care about ...for those that do....its good to know they have the ability to get what they want...they just have to pay...

Perhaps he's a former employee for a reason, as "former" not "retired"

I prefer to call these folks con artists because apparently they have a figured out that the more lies they claim on their Youtube header the more clicks they get which turns in to money for them. Unless new information is put out by Chevy or John and crew I consider it fake news.

Most likely fake. But it is nice to dream.

Wow after watching this video the second time, I did notice the numbers on the 2LT were added twice the final figure made more sense. Also I found this character to be very interesting when observing him closely. He talks about a third person, his friend that worked for GM for 30 years, I question if this thurd person exists. I do feel that we have been spoon fed all aong by GM with the renderings we saw that were spot on to this video .Look again at the video and only pay attention to the final number the 2LT PKG all the other numbers make sens as compared to the X7 pricing. What was interesting was his rant at the end and how to download quicker on youtube with a bag of frozen peas.

I think we all are capable of waiting the 21 days until the real numbers come out. Hell, we waited years for the C8 to come out of the closet. Maybe GM should create a countdown clock LOL.

There are outstanding, totally honest car salespersons, and then there are others. There are totally honest YouTuber professionals, who are hard working people of integrity, and then there are others. I do not broad brush salespersons, nor YT’s.

I agree there are good folks on those forums and did not mean that all are fake. I am just frustrated at all of the fake news going on is all. I did not mean to broad brush them all but I guess I did. I just prefer to limit my sources of news to you and Chevy both of which I have confidence in for telling the facts.
