  • Lowering a C8 Z without front lift

Is there a way to lower a Z06 C8 with the nose lift? I was told that the max lowering is 3/8th inch since apparently the C8 Z does not have lowering bolts. Is this true. Has anyone else been able to lower their Z a bit more perhaps around 3/4 inch?

I made a mistake. I meant was there any way to lower a c8 Z without the nose lift by more than 3/8 inch.

Yes there is. I would contact Ciocca Performance or Paragon Performance and they will explain the options you have. I believe there are three of them for a Z06 with the front lift option.

Removing the air in your tires should do it! And it's free! (sorry, I couldn't resist)

Did you look to see if the Z06 doesn't have the lowering bolts?

There are no lowering bolts on c8z or any c8, that was on c7
              Thanks,

On cars w/o front lift, the shock spring seats are adjustable by ~ 20 mm up or down. Basically the same idea, even if the terminology wasn't spot-on.

Yes you just need the spanner wrenches. Fairly easy diy
                  Thanks,

Lowering without the front end lift is super easy. You just need the coil over wrenches sold by Paragon Performance. You can watch this video here to see how to do it. The process is the same in the front as it is in the rear if you do NOT have a front end lift.
