The only rims that are decent are LPO, and they aren't worth what they'd cost.

thanks, guess I'll have to go aftermarket. I was hoping to throw some C7 Z06 or GS black rims on it. I'm sure I'll find something decent, Doubt I'll be the only one in this situation.

I only saw 4 choices in the order sheet. none of them were all chrome or all black. My wife and I must have way different tastes. let's agree to dissagree john I think any one the last 2 generations rims look better then the 2 types we have seen so far for this one.

I think black painted wheels are there, but only as an LPO option, meaning the dealer gives them to you as an extra set of wheels, not instead of the factory wheels.

Tires are close, but I think I read the difference was the size of the bolts. 12 mm to 14mm or visa versa. A lot of tech info in last couple of days. I am sure someone else can answer better.

I'm already starting to wonder if I'm better off waiting for the Z06, with my estimates (conservative) on pricing.

Zero to sixty in under 3 seconds for z51...and its consistent ...

2.2 inches makes the c8 already wider than the c7 grand sport...

i dont think the c8 z06 will be wider still.

i a, just guessing but maybe the c8 z06 will convert the frunk into a opem space to create even more downforce like the ferrari pista.

Nice combo in your avatar. I am picking the Black Trident wheels...I guess they will have to ship them to me.... Can't pick them up in the frunk and trunk at the Corvette Museum !! tough enough to fit the Big Spoiler in the back, most likely.
