  • Where does the targa when stored?

anybody know where the targa roof goes when taken off?

  • #2
In the rear compartment behind the engine. They showed it briefly but didn't have time to get a screen shot.

We'll be able to store it right behind the engine (towards the rear bumper that is)

So it stores above the engine? Or just behind that area

Behind, in the storage compartment, on what appeared to be a 45* angle

Thats why the exhaust is the way it is, So you have a huge trunk space deep enough for your whole roof or TWO golf bags, or tons of groceries! Absolutely amazing they were able to do that.

Though I saw it , the targa top, being placed in the front frunk at some point in the sequence. But it was a closeup hard to perspective.

The trunk can hold the Targa OR 2 golf bags. Looks like you lose a lot of storage with the roof back there. Another reason to wait for the convertible.
