GM or Chevrolet email updates?

Has anyone ever received any of these? I signed up on the Chevrolet website several months ago, and again a few weeks ago, and have never received one email.

Not that it's a big deal, but why do they even offer?

I signed up and have been receiving all the GM notifications on the C8, so it's working for some of us.

This is the best site, pre reveal, as there are a lot of folks here looking everywhere for information of the C8 and sharing it with others here. GM is releasing very little. This past week they did release two significant pieces of info. 1). Pics of the Steering wheel and 2). The C8 will be called The Stingray, for the base model as in the C7.
Come Thursday night/ Friday morning the internet will be filled with all kinds of information. I sure hope that people come back to this site after that to share significant information on the C8.

Only drawback is that you are allowing them to use all of your info for themselves and all of their affiliates. Your basically waiving your right for them to disclose your info to other companies which may be affiliated with other companies. The cycle continues.

Like I said in my original post.... I know this forum is the best source of ME info.... by far. Was just curious as to what they meant by sending email "updates".

Hey Mark,
It seems GM has decided to get info from prospects and sit on it for the last few months. Many people are disappointed in GM treating their top tier customers this way, I guess the reveal in 2 days is more important to the marketing team than making current and future customers feel wanted. This is not how any NORMAL marketing team would handle this valuable information, but for some reason this is the norm right now with GM.

Hopefully after the reveal we will all receive something...I am not happy how they did this but we will all get over it in 2 days!

BTW: I have now signed up 5 times since the day the site went up and I haven’t received anything!

I’ve got nothing and had a new 14 Z51, 16 convertible and a 17 GS all new and the last two with tremendous discounts. But zero info. Signed up my wife also but ZERO

I signed up once and received all GM reveal update email. Everyone should double check spam/junk folder and add the gm email to their whitelisting to make sure it comes thru.
