Which list are you on and when/where? Unless you are a 4 digit Ciocca or just joined a list, you’re likely gonna be surprised by when your number will come up

Hypothetically If they keep production at 15 cars a day that's about 324 per month or 3,888 per year top two dealers get 3.5% to 4% of production each or 136 to 155 cars each . Dam it looks impossible to get a Z06 in 2023 unless your 155 or less on list of two biggest dealers

I am 5th on my local dealer's list. I was between 4000-4500 on Ciocca's list when I dropped off. My local dealer only sells 15-20 C8s a year so they might get one Z06 a year.

Problem is for some of us that the CF constraints affect are getting a lot of people skipped. So those of us that got on the list 3 years ago are really getting hosed. I'm a patient guy but I'm getting tired of waiting. I'm really looking forward to it this summer God willing but it's hard to stay optimistic.

There is plan B to get a version of the Z06 that is “only: 0-60 in 2.7 seconds, quarter mile depending on how equipped around [email protected] — and go aftermarket for aero. And of course the standard Z06 has the identical LT6 and the identical exhaust.

Or while waiting hope that GM is able to catch up on complete CFV/CFZ & T0F/T0G aero options.

I just fell to # 906 at Ciocca...At 155/yr that is 5.85 years! So what happens in 2027 when my # comes up, Will they be producing a 2027 Z06?

Not the best situation...I need 600-700 people to drop off.

I don't care about the CF and as John says, if I did I would go the aftermarket route rather than pass up my allocation.

The problem with after market is the big wing is actually mounted to the subframe under the body work. That's not an easy thing to deal with after market. Same thing with the canards on the front corners. Otherwise I would agree with you 100%

While I understand the desire for everyone to get a Z06/Z07 I also like the idea of a lower production number car. 3,900 cars per year would be plenty for this "track" model and will set up the buyers that get one in a very good place. Depreciation will be nonexistent if production stays the same, and as E-ray and eventually a low production Zora example come out, there will be a lot to choose from. I think the people that will KEEP their cars are the most important to serve over the long term and this is a good way to ensure that commitment.

I've been waiting about 3 years. I will definitely be keeping mine.

My thoughts exactly. I thought that I was in line for an end of MY 2023 car but with this anemic output of Zs it looks like I will be bumped into a MY 2024 vehicle. Ordinarily this would be a good thing but I cannot see an upside to this considering the new color selections are underwhelming at best, the loss of 70th anniversary badging, no significant updates and a probable price increase that may force additional de-optioning.

                            But, I patiently wait.....
