Expect to see most (if not all) of the current C7 convenience buttons on the C8 steering wheel.

I think the start button will be moved onto the steering wheel. I also think that the turn signal actuation may be moved to the steering wheel.

I expect the steering wheel will also have the tach lights on the upper "flat".

I think the steering wheel will be awesome with some additional performance enhancements. But there might even be something even more significant that has to do with the driver's display. Stay tuned!

My "Competition" steering wheel was inspired by the C7.R steering wheel.

Jag, That's really a nice touch. Do you find any drawback not having a full circle ?

****….. You just described the steering wheel on our Ferrari! Just a point of order..... on the Ferrari, the big red start button is on the steering wheel is standard. The carbon fiber structure with the LED's across the top of the rim (that light up as you approach the shift point) and the leather wrapping in a color matching the upholstery, were a $8000 factory option.

Anybody still think you'll get a new ME Corvette for under $100K???

My new alfa romeo stelvio has the d shaped wheel and the start button on it as well.

i think the addition of a shift light on the steering wheel sounds cool.

not a bug deal but cool and yes i believe the c8 will cost less than $100 grand to start..

the grand sport optioned up will probably crest 100 g’s..

the c8 z06 will start at 90 instead of 80..

the zr1or c8 equivelent will run up from 130 to 180

if i can get a z51dct 1lt targa top in the high 60s..ill be pleased

i leave the seat warmers and other fine luxury items unchecked because i dont really care for that kind of stuff..

for those that do...GM will surely make that available..

The options on all the exotics are RADICALLY overpriced. Its the "exotic car" tax. Color matched leather wrapping doesn't cost them a dime to manufacture/install and shift lights are cheap. Yes...the ME will be under $100K and provide the overpriced exotic car options at the price they should already be charged for.

Thank you! Not with regard to performance. You just can't sit in a reclined position with your hand draped over the steering wheel. LOL

But I have noticed on long runs that one hand will tend to creep to the 11 - 1 o'clock position from time to time as I adjust sitting position. Jag yours loooks great.....did it ever go to after market production status?

Round or flat-bottom. I think the square wheels look odd. I also don’t like controls on the wheel. Really like the steering wheel in the 911 GT3. Perfect size, beefy, no orchestra of controls all over it
