This is a great C8.R replica shirt. I got mine today and am wearing it tomorrow. It is super attractive and high quality — typical of everything ACS makes.

So, by me buying and wearing this T-Shirt, isn't ACSComposite charging me to advertise for them?
There is something wrong with this formula. The math doesn't add up.

It's like, when I buy a new car and dealer has their [AD] decal on the back of my car, I give them two choices:
a) Give me a $1,000 discount on the car to advertise for them
b) Or remove it before I sign the check.

Yes, big difference.
When a company produces a product and puts their "Emblem" on it, i.e. Corvette, Nike, Microsoft and even ACSComposite, that Emblem or logo, is the representation who the manufacture is. They have the full right to do so on the their product. So if I buy an ACSComposite with their logo on it, I have no problem with that. But if a dealer sticks his decal on that ACSComposite product, he is getting free advertising on someone's else product and that should be removed.

However, when a company is making T-Shirt or Coffee cups or pens to advertise their products, it is generally a freebie or an Advertising product, just like when you go to shows you get all these for free.

I'd buy that T-Shirt if it was only the C8R part on it showcasing the Corvette C8, but once they were advertising the ACSComposite and tagging on Corvette Brand name and also charging for T-Shirt, that's a double whammy No No.

I also have the dealer remove their bumper stickers or license plate brackets with their name on it.
But the shirt is cool and I have no issue with their name/website on it. I'll probably order one myself.

ive been told shirts, hats and jackets with corvette logos is not in style any more but the fact people like your shirt says it might be back in style...

i dont personally buy corvette logo products after the girls tell me its a nono but in areas like where you live....maybe its all the rage.

Not offended in the slightest. I do not wear Corvette logo’d shirts/jackets daily, but do wear them when I go to a car event. And besides if we all dressed the same, how boring that would be.

Many times branded Ts are give always to help promote the brand but very often peoplebuy branded products and T shirts because they are proud to show they are using or are enthusiastic about the brand or product. It is a statement. It is the original “ like” button before there were like buttons !

No different really than having a poster on the wall.
I’ve seen a lot of “ kids” wearing Ferrari T shirts and I am sure they don’t own one. It is a dream. A hope for the future. Showing support and like for the product or brand.

every part of the country is different...

Don’t have any idea if it’s a nono anywhere and don’t care. If I like it I’m going to wear it. I see people wearing logo products anywhere I’ve been but don’t know specifically about Corvette.
Think this shirt is okay but not interesting enough to get me to buy it. Sure I’ll find one to go with the other 40 or 50 Corvette shirts I have.
