Next C8 Teaser Content?

What do you think the next ME teaser video content would be?

* Might it be about something directly relating to the C8 being a mid engine?

* Might it focus on a specific small piece of the car?

* Might it hint about its performance components?


Within this link are the four C7 teaser videos that will help us re-live last generation’s pre-reveal teaser vids.

The first one was about design, concluding with the phrase, “Every Line Matters”;

* The second was about performance/suspension, electronic integration and concluded, “Roads Will Surrender”;

* The third one showed us detailed parts of the interior, ending with the words, “Honor The Craft”;

* The last of the four showed us parts of the assembly process, contained the wording that “Every Gram Matters,” and ended with the phrase “Precision Never Rest.”

John I really do enjoy reading and looking at the Corvette's history the way you have presented it. Sure appears they are following exactly what worked so well with the C7 tease-progress. I plan on doing the R8C museum delivery for my C8. It would be very cool for chevy to do a complete video presentation of the C8's development as well as showing the great history of the C1 to C7 cars. The next teaser I think will answer the question Why Midengine is next platform for Corvette. Then they will show bits and pieces of the car.

Good question, John. Could be about the engine and finally telling us what the options are for the power plant. May be to further advise us that the car will have this new GM Electrical Architecture they have already announced will be in some Cadillacs that are soon to production and that it will be in the C8. Maybe a little more insight to the top configurations. Everything is speculation at this point. For now we can all dream and at best use our imaginations or try to speculate intelligently on sound rumors or what really makes sense. But it sure is fun. We all seem to be Kids waiting for Santa's arrival. Hey if the Viagra doesn't work, our imaginations still can , even at this age.

No idea on particulars. Probably fast, jazzy and patriotic like the first one. It will further wet our whistle and heighten suspense.

We will see a side view of the car without camo but it’ll just be a couple of long lines leaving out many details. Those lines will accelerate from 0 to 60 in 3.4 seconds.
