    Team Chevy's Hot Lap in the 2023 Corvette Z06 Indy 500 Pace Car

    Thanks to Team Chevy for this fantastic ride along posted to Instagram as the 2023 Corvette Z06 Indy 500 Pace Car makes two laps around the track. There is absolutely no talking in this video, so you can really get a great listen to the 670-hp LT6 engine.

        Could it be a pitot tube that is used on an airplane to measure speed via air velocity passing by it?

              Great video watched it too many times, but the problem is the Z06 is going toooooo fast to really apricate it's song. If you ever see that one is pacing a SCCA race it will be passing at 45 to 60 MPH buy I'll bet it's at 7500 to 8600 rpms.
