We had this originally the day it happened — and I posted it then. And it did happen with the employees full name on the original version as I saw for myself. I removed his name because I felt it was the right thing to do.
What you see below is my cropping that document and removing his full name . I also removed his picture he had placed on it below his name.. Since this is old news here and fully verified, closing this thread.
