What the vehicle actually looks like is number one...what it looks like in various colors, the performance statistics, the HP, the tq, where the targa top goes when stored, when the convertible hardtop version is going to become available, when the targa is to become available?, the cost of the vehicle and options would be nice but that wont happen for 3 more months.

id like to see the car in motion . Hopefully gm will have some video of the vehicle on the road ...

id also like to see the c8 next to previous generation corvettes at the preview to get an idea how the lineage worked? I think that would be a cool way to show off the most iconic american nameplate.

I'd also like to see a convertible, see the top operation, and know it's production schedule.

I think JB covered it well ... I would add wanting to see the available interior colors. Hopefully they will keep something in the tan/kalari range, not just black and grey.

When production will begin and estimated production output...So we can ALL gauge based on allocation when we might be getting ours. If C7 numbers plus 400 additional employees is anything to go by and you put a deposit to a top dealer already chances are you'll have it in hand 2020 model year. Q1, Q2? All depends on when they start.

Second item would be an Online CONFIGURATOR with all available options and colors.
As we all know the Corvette comes with a copious amount of options and you don't want to spec it out sight unseen. (I will if I have to! LOL)
For example the V-Hull shape is not a molded part of the outer front bumper shell, weather it is carbon flash or body color will have a major visual difference.

Actually I've been waiting for you to ask this since you will be there! My answer: Everything!

Pse find out what the road clearance is compared to the C7.

Addressing the road clearance, when the C7 was revealed, Tadge announced that consistent with our Corvette development standard, the front can approach a 9 degree incline without hitting anything. However, good question re the C8, especially since it is believed it would have option E60, the Axle Front Lift Height system. Maybe to give it better aero (the lower the better), they have gone to a lesser incline angle.

E60 is the # 1 option box I will be personally ticking.

According to two sources, Doug Fehan said that 7.18.19 had nothing to do with its NRing time, that it was just when the entire top GM and Corvette team was schedule-wise available.

As per ZoraC2’s question, good note that the extra sedon shift will speed production. First or second question for many, though IMO the the first customers could get their in the mid-to-late January range if the GM Authority production start estimate is correct. It would be good to confirm that.

Even though mine, theoretically, would be built the first or second week of production, I am not expecting to see it until Valentine’s Day (because I live on the west coast and train travel adds 3 or even more weeks to deliveries out (and if that schedule holds, sure not doing Museum Delivery and driving it home over the Rockies in mid winter).
