While many admired the GM team camo shirts they surprised us all with today, and many tried in vain to buy one from even one GM person, all offers were turned down during the day today.
However, at tonight’s NCM Annual Donors “Recognition Dinner,” two of those now “famous” shirts was auctioned off.

The first shirt was sold for $3,100. As a result, NCM decided to sell a second one — which also soldat $3,100. That leaves on more to be auctioned off tomorrow (Saturday).
Separately but relatedly, the use of “high contrast” camo which was used in the earlier C8 mules, was not the Corvette teams first choice, for it is easier for the bright white/black contrasting pattern to be photo’d and photoshopped. Maybe because the three C8 wonderful renderers were getting too close, hence why the most of the more recent camo IVERS having been using a darker gray and black camo, as it is harder to capture on film, harder to easily photoshop.

Lastly, it was the idea of BGA Plant Manager Kai Spande many months ago, to sell for the Bash, 100 “Tour Golden Tickets.’ It was also announced at tonight’s Donor Recognition dinner, that the revenues from those one hundred (100) tour tickets, all of whose revenues are going to NCM, totaled over $40,000.
