While it’s true that the dealer’s cost to participate in the Zo6 Tour is significant, generating additional orders is the least of many benefits. Such events draw dozens if not hundreds of qualified purchasers and enthusiasts to the dealership. These prospects are then exposed to other products and services including the dealers current new and pre-owned inventories, parts, accessories and the service department. The smart dealers will also be capturing the attendee’s names and email addresses for future marketing opportunities. The marketing cost of bringing just one financially qualified prospect into a showroom is typically $1000. Adding a 200th or 2000th Zo6 depositor to a dealer’s list is far less important than keeping current depositors engaged and exposed to products and services that can be purchased on the spot. The gross profit on even one or two pre-owned cars sold as a direct result of such an event more than justifies the cost of participating. Let’s hope that more than a few Chevrolet Dealers understand the benefits of such a Tour and the long-term value of customer engagement.

Pasco? I'd make that trip to see one. Why would the Z06 go to Pasco?

At least for the C8 Stingray dealership display tour, the only dealer in the entire Pacific Northwest to be part of it was McCurley Integrity Chevrolet in Pasco.

I reached out to their Corvette Specialist Matt Price just before Thanksgiving to see if they were going to also do the Z06 display at their dealership, but they had just gotten a new GM and so that decision was on hold until sometime in Janaury. It is on my mid January to-do list to call Matt again.

As to the Portland road show, I am sorry but I would highly doubt they have a Z06 there this year — but please call their Events Director and report back here.

I really hope the dealer tour comes to North Florida or South Georgia, unfortunately I'll be out of the country for the NCM Bash in April and would love to see one in person prior to ordering my 2023.

Is GM going to publish dealer tour info online or what?

They did not last time. I doubt they will this time. But this thread will do that tracking. Right now it is all in GM’s hands as to when the initial tour takes place. Then when they have determined that timing, GM will internally issue to each dealer who has subscribed to the tour, an ETA. As dealer’s share that information, it will be posted here.

Right now we are in a waiting to learn mode.

Add 1; Z06 Dealer tour. Thanks to “Thwart53 who states that, “Foundation Colorado in Wheat Ridge states they will have a Z06 on July 11th.”

Wheat Ridge is a suburb of Denver.

I didn't see it previously mentioned and probably pretty common knowledge but the Z06 will make it's first stop on the dealer tour at Ciocca Feb 18th and 19th per the Ciocca website.
