The more I look at it it, at both massive amount of C8 spy pictures and at C7’s which have the LPO (dealer installed) option “Body Colored Wing Spoiler” (code SB3), which GM certified for the C7 Z51, the more I believe that we well could be seeing a slightly modified version of SB3 as the standard C8 Z51 spoiler.
Thanks to Motor1 for the granting us permission to use their C8 pictures below!
First, looking backwards to the wing spoiler within the GM Fleet Order Guide, then on C7’s:

Looking at some already seen C8 IVERs pictures.

GM has two of the most advanced automotive wind tunnel facilities in the world. They also have extensive computer aero analysis systems. With the C8 having a longer rear deck than the C7, the C8’s winged spoiler will of course be a little modified to reflect different air flow characteristics.
C7 and C8 Exterior Design Manager, Kirk Bennion, personally spends hundreds of hours within the wind tunnels to design new Corvettes (per Tadge Juechter, Kirk spend over 100 hours on just the ZR1 aero components within the tunnels), and with the C8’s much longer rear deck, the C8’s winged spoiler is going to have to at least some some variation from the C7’s winged spoiler. However, looking at the two, and admiring the camo cladding fake extra-thickness of GM’s “Master of Disguise” team in hiding actual Corvette features in plain site, I am thinking the C8’s rear spoiler would very closely look like the C7’s SB3 option pictured above, i.e., I can picture the C7’s winged spoiler instead that thickly padded C8 mule’s spoiler.
