Most importantly it looks great! thanks to Joseph at ACS for presenting it to us.

I like the ACS 1VM front splitter @$499, but for those of us creating our non-Z51 build, it's hard to justify not selecting the factory low-profile spoiler option that includes a Z51 front splitter for only $595.

I would look closely at the factory Z51 splitter for it is highly extruded (not my personal choice).

Good point...curious, how much more extruded than your 5VM splitter?

Sorry; my bad, that was a major boo-boo on my part (can not blame auto correct). The correct word should have been textured.

I agree that's why I went with the carbon flash Z51 style front splitter for my car. Looks awesome.

Does anyone know if the ACS version is a bit bigger than the new GM low profile spoiler...or are they the same specifications?

I would call ACS and get precise information: 1.888.227.2270. My eyes tell me it is bigger by about 33% (especially rearward dimension). But could be the camera angle.

Would you please post back here what you find out? Thank you.

Thanks, John. It appears larger to me as well. Been super busy with work & family obligations, and haven't been able to call ... but will post when I find out.
