Actually ACS just called and told me to run the 3/16 thru the hole to bore it out a bit.

These look very nice. I bought a set for my (someday) C8. Any advice on the correct rivet crimp tool?

Stevera2 said it needs to be a 3/16 rivet tool, but he does not have a brand recommendation.

These do look surprisingly good especially on that white c8 and the body color spoiler from GM...

i figured this mod would look good with the black rear spoiler and it does...

just really pleasant surprise with the body colored rear spoiler ...

i dont want to “improve the performance of my rear spoiler” but if I did this sure looked be quite an attractive option by ACS

Any rivet gun will work, especially since these are aluminum rivets.

While I like the way these look, they are absurdly expensive for what they are made of and do. I could understand if these weren't plastic and instead actual carbon fiber, but come on, $500???

I thought the same thing. If the price was a lot lower, I would buy them in a minute. I can see spending the money on carbon fiber. I guess I’ll wait for more options. That’s too bad, because I like the look.

Well I broke down and got the wickers, so here are some pics installed. I was never 100% enamored with shape of the Z51 spoiler, but like it better than the high wing, so I think that the wickers add the subtle change that the Z51 spoiler needed. I'm happy with the results. They compliment the 5VM-style splitter that I also installed recently.
