    PDR File times

    I just noticed that when I copy the files from the PDR SD card the times on the files on the Windows 10 computer differ by 3 hours before Standard time change and 5 hours afterwards. This may be a Microsoft question, but has anyone else noticed this?
    The dates and times shown in explorer on the files on the SD card are correct and the only date that is correct on the computer is the modified date.
    Computer is on the left and the SD card is on the right.
    Edit: The created date on the computer is when I copied them of course.

    Further.
    The media created attribute on the file on the SD card is wrong.
    It should be 11:02 am (That is not the correct time zone. It's GMT)
