  • C8 Community Thanks FVS!

During our first six months, MECF has taken off, and we all know how important the great and artistic work that fvs has been and done for the whole C8 community.

    Thank you fvs!

What almost all MECF members do not know, is how much he has done, as a volunteer to the MECF, behind the scenes.

For example, our landing banner. Right after we started, he reached out to the forum, and asked if he could do a landing banner for us. We told him we were, as a new forum with lots of start up expenses, we were with just a few middle class owners without funds to pay him, which of course was the furthest thing from his mind. He just wanted to help get the forum started and was asking what could he do to help, and so when we said, “thank you,” this is what appeared the next day.

Our current landing banner is either version # 4 or #5, for as those of us who have been here from the beginning, remember the earlier ones, and the in-between ones, for periodically I get an email from him, with his latest suggested one.

And who can forget out of his roughly 100 renderings, the below small sample of past ones from him.

So as we owners and members wrap up our first six months, we heartfelt say...

Thank you fvs for your extensive contributions to MECF and to the greater C8 community. You are so skilled, and we SO appreciate you!

P.S.: As I was typing this, BTW, I got another email from Pat with another new exciting rendering — which you will see within the next hour as our “Render of the Day.”

    Thank you fvs!

FVS thanks so much for all your wonderful renderings. It has given all of us a much better picture of what to expect when it is revealed. I remain amazed however at your comment that when revealed, “it will look 10 times better.” WOW. I can not wait. Thank you again.
