  • Could This Be The C8 Corvette?

Coming around the corner, with this car appearing way, way in front of us quite a way, I said to jagamajajaran and my gearhead wife, “is that the new ME testing in the Pacific Northwest?” It looked like it was possible until we got closer and then....

Even more confusing was it had Corvette letters on its rear fascia and supported a MidEngineCorvette Forum “MECF”license plate.

Was it all a dream, did we wake up on April 1st, or are there some similarities with the rear ends’ shapes on many mid engine sports cars?

I think that some Audi R8 owners might not love you right now Frenzy36.

That's OK If the ME Vette Renders are even fairly close, the looks and appearance will blow the R8 away standing still.

That is what I am personally thinking, and that comes from my liking the R8’s looks.

I honestly don't see much resemblance at all.

Nice photo John. Jeff, our forum photographer might not approve. Looks like you need that engine ventilation out the rear. Road surface looks a little rough. I'd like to take that uphill in the other direction!
