  • (Video) 3 Things I Just Discovered About My 2020 C8 Corvette

Since taking ownership of my 2020 Corvette, I've discovered a couple of convenience features that I was unaware of as well as one that is simply novelty. I also talk about a few options that I really like.

Da.mn that Sebring Orange looks great... Every time I see a new video I start second guessing my color choice. Silver lining, My "first one in April" allocation is now delayed until who knows when, so I still have time to decide :-( :-)

    And great tips as well!

I just learned another one that I hadn't stumbled upon yet thanks to craigcurry...

From the owners manual: When the recommended pressure is reached, the horn sounds once. If the tire being inflated is a front tire, then the front turn signal lamp closest to the tire being inflated will stop flashing and briefly turn solid. If the tire being inflated is a rear tire, then the rear turn signal lamp closest to the tire being inflated will stop flashing.

If the tire is overinflated by more than 35 kPa (5 psi), the horn will sound multiple times and the turn signal lamp will continue to flash for several seconds after filling stops. To release and correct the pressure, while the turn signal lamp is still flashing, briefly press the center of the valve stem. When the recommended pressure is reached, the horn sounds once.

Awesome ride there Jeremy , The Orange and Black really looks spectacular and at first I didn't care for the interior , it's growing on me. Definitely an attention grabber. Congrats and we don't have to tell you to enjoy it. Thanks for your ongoing commitment to the forum.

Thank you, sir! I'm definitely enjoying it and hope everything gets back to some sort of normalcy sooner rather than later so all of those with orders get their cars soon.

Thank you Jeremy for the nice video.

Also, good to know that light/horn business with tire inflation can be turned off. We certainly don't need that kind of gimmickry.

I was wondering about this when I read it in the manual. Does the car need to be running or in accessory mode for this to happen? Keep the videos coming I really enjoy them. Thanks

That's a good question. I'm going to have to test this for us.

Jeremy, have you named it yet? It looks like the Orange Blossom Special to me! Do you know the answer to the question whether the gas filler door is ever locked?

The fuel door locks when you lock the car.... when the car is unlocked the door is free to open

I found this out last night when I asked the question as well
