Has to be the performance potential.

I like the proportions front/rear with the cockpit being closer to the front wheels, thanks to the ME layout!

I was prepared for a completely different answer based on the short Title, but I would have to also say being a ME after reading the entire Title!

It's the fact I've been waiting over 50 years for an ME and all along I planned on being buried in it! Yeah, way to go GM.

The quick and light turn in with a rear mid engine ...as well as the short front hood giving awesome view of road for ease of auto x and hot dogging on tracks

Oh that question makes my head hurt.
Guess it would have to be just that it’s an ME. All the other things stated above just go with it.
There is a madness to my method!

I'll tell you when I see it but, for now, I am happy it is a rear ME platform. Excited about the improvesd performance potential the platform offers.

Since I do not track the car, and with its motor close to over the drive wheels, I am looking forward to its hooking up better than my C7 when I hit the gas.
Enjoying my Shadow gray C8. What a car it is.
